The only food that I got a chance to eat the other day was a hotdog and pizza from Sam’s Club. The following night I have had the worst food poisoning I have ever experienced and vomitted 6 times as well as having uncontrollable bowel and stool movements. This is all along with the typical food poisoning symptoms. The food was purchased from Sam’s Club’s warehouse food court. For about 4 dollars in total. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
