Ravioli Causes Nausea, Headache - Sam's Club, Springfield Missouri

I had some chef boyardee beef ravioli on hand that I'd bought from there, I ate it and an hour or so later I felt super nauseated with a headache. I wish I could just barf and get it over with. I think I'll throw it all out, no use risking this again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Vomiting
