I had the tuna sandwich (I know it had to be from sammich since it was the only thing I had eaten). Within 3 hours I was throwing up and had horrible diarrhea. I’ve had this sandwich many times before COVID so this was a big bummer. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
