Closure date: 08/16/2021Cockroach and rodent infestations. The inspector noted cockroach activity and rodent droppings throughout the facility, as well as a dead rodent in a storage area. The bakery was told to discard all open bulk food bags in the vicinity of droppings, and to stop storing them directly on the ground where they can attract vermin.
