Seafood Pizza Illness Suspected - Sandals Emerald Bay, Great Exuma Exuma

Not sure, but possibly “seafood pizza”  Wife ate seafood pizza, and within hour was violently ill with nausea, cramps, and diarrhea. It happened 8/29/21 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Vomiting
