I think it was the piece of meat in the ramen. We ordered 4 ramen sets but one ramen was asked to be prepared with all the toppings separately. Luckily my youngest daughter had that order. She didn't got sick. Just my wife my eldest daughter and Me. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
