It had two high-priority (live roaches near the fryers, on or under the cook line and in debris catch trays under wok station at cook line; employee failed to wash hands before changing gloves and/or putting on gloves to work with food) and seven basic violations (grease on side of fryers and on kitchen floor; dead roaches on the premises; etc.) It was reinspected on Jan. 16 and still had one high-priority and two basic violations from the initial inspection. It reopened Jan. 17.
