Italian sausage, Purchased sausages ~3pm, refrigerated until grilled at 5pm. Brought up to temp evenly, throughout. Everyone who ate them started vomiting around 3am. this is moving coolers around and I'm suspicious that some of them may not have been working well. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever
