Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, dizziness, lightheaded, sweating Suspected source: Ice cream, granola, waffle cone, Onset: 4 to 12 hours Duration: 24-48 hours Sick: Me Additional information: I ate vanilla Avalon ice cream that was brand new. Waffle cone and granola were already open and months old. I’ve eaten the same brands before and haven’t had any issues. . The vanilla Avalon ice cream was bought from Safeway around last week. The granola and ice cream cones were either from Save on Foods or Safeway. All in Cranbrook, BC. But the granola and ice cream cones are months old. I didn’t check the expiration date and they’ve been thrown out as of Jan 10. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
