Ay first thought it was food poisoning, 3 out of the 10 in our group became violently sick at the same time with watery diarrhea, cramps, vomiting. One required to be hospitalized in Sayulita. Then within 48 hours the remainder of our group started having the same symptoms, in the end all of us became sick. possible viral GI bug? Maybe Norovirus? Ended up getting stool studies and had Norovirus and E. coli. Our entire group requires antibiotics | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
