Ordered 3 cheese pizzas from Sbarro on the evening of Friday 04/19/19. Upon eating, I noticed a weird metallic taste to the food. Since I had no other food in the house, I continued eating the food, just thinking that it tasted bad but had to be safe since restaurants are regularly inspected. I had not eaten anything else that day so there is no chance that the cause of the problem could have been anything but the Sbarro food. Shortly after I was done eating, within an hour, my stomach ballooned out and was rock hard. Then for the next day and a half, I had nausea, constant vomitting, and non-stop diarrhea. It was the most miserable day and a half of my life. I will be throwing out the remainder of the pizza I had eaten from, and the other two uneaten pizzas. There is no doubt that I got food poisoning from this nasty Sbarro food. Needless to say, I will NEVER patronize any Sbarro ever again. I am reporting this to spare some other unsuspecting customer the same experience. The more than 36 hours of constant vomitting and diarrhea, chills and fever, were a nightmare.
