On October 9th I purchased a plain pizza slice.
I got up the next morning and was feeling terrible. My vision was foggy I had chills and a fever and terrible body aches. That went on for 2 days. Then the diarrhea started. This is the second day of the diarrhea. This was the only time in the past week that I have eaten anywhere besides home. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache, Body Ache
