Ordered a medium deluxe original. Ate half and saved the rest for next day. Had sudden gastro intestinal issues the next morning. Inspected the remaining half of the sandwich and the salami appeared discolored. Patches of gray were present, certainly not a fresh pink color as you would expect. Salami looked like it had gone bad. Definitely not fresh. Disappointing. This store ain’t what it used to be. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas
