Ate the Chicken Rueben and immediately started to not feel right. 2 hours later I was projectile vomiting. I have never been sick like this in my life. Projectile vomiting and horrendous diarrhea back to back. Never going back again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
