I traveled to Montego Bay, Jamaica from October 12–19, 2025. I began experiencing loose bowels as early as October 12, and symptoms worsened significantly upon returning home on October 19. I was hospitalized on October 24 and diagnosed with Salmonella infection.

At the Wild Orchid resort’s outside bar, several drinks tasted like soapy water, as noted by myself and other guests. I also ate a chicken taco salad at Margaritaville in the Montego Bay Airport shortly before returning home.

Outcome:
Still under medical care with ongoing symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
