Food Lion has issued a recall for four varieties of in-store prepared ground beef sold at 1201 Julian R Allsbrook Hwy, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870, location due to potential contamination with foreign material. The recall is limited to products sold at this specific store.The affected products include:
- 73% Lean Fresh Ground Beef (all sizes)
- 80% Lean Fresh Ground Chuck (all sizes)
- 85% Lean Fresh Ground Round (all sizes)
- 93% Lean Fresh Ground Beef (all sizes)
These products were produced on July 27, 2025, and have a Sell By Date of July 29, 2025.
The issue was discovered during routine quality checks. The recall was initiated on July 28, 2025.
