Yesterday dinner noodle store from compass one. The food I order the soup fake crab stick was cook with the plastic on it. When back to the store and show the staff. The staff change a new soup for me. I thought I will be fine but at midnight I woke up not feeling good and start vomiting after vomit I had diarrhea. Awhile later I drank some water and I vomit right after. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea
