After having my lunch there on Thursday, which was a smoke shack burger meal with shake shack dipping sauce from the covent garden branch. This meal has given me E coli poisoning. i haven’t been able to eat or get out bed without assistance, I’ve got a fever of 40 and constant diarrhoea.Onset: 4 to 12 hours. Duration: Several days | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache
