I ordered a falafel salad on 3/11/18 and had some nasty food poisoning that night. It started about three or four hours later and that night I was up until 4 AM vomiting. My guess is it was the lettuce, not the falafel -- since I would think frying falafel would kill anything bad in it. But perhaps the lettuce had something on it. I felt like crap the next day, but no more vomiting, and just a little diarrhea. Slight fever and headache. Major uncontrollable chills that first night. Now it's about two days later and I'm just about back to normal. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
