Had Japanese omakase business set lunch and within 1.5 hours I started to experience painful stomachaches, mild nausea and terrible diarrhea. Restaurant requested that I obtain a laboratory report to verify that I have indeed contracted food poisoning from their restaurant before they will agree to a refund. My first meal of the day was at their restaurant so I have no doubt that they are the source of my food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
