Had Japanese omakase business set lunch and within 1.5 hours I started to experience painful stomachaches, mild nausea and terrible diarrhea. Restaurant requested that I obtain a laboratory report to verify that I have indeed contracted food poisoning from their restaurant before they will agree to a refund.
