Brisket Nachos Illness Suspected - Food Truck, Waxahachie Texas

I ate here at 12:15pm yesterday. At about 5pm I began to experience symptoms of body aches, headaches, nausea and severe diarrhea. The symptoms have continued into today, almost 24 hours later and seem to be making no improvements - in fact, the symptoms are noticeably worse.

I ordered the spiral nacho fries. It contained pico, brisket, queso, and fried potatoes. All the other food that I have consumed in the last 48 hours was also consumed by my family and I am the only one experiencing issues which leads me to believe it was the food truck. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache, Body Ache
