Spaghetti and Meatballs, My daughter ate the spaghetti and meatballs single serving. About 10 minutes after. She had severe abdominal pain. She vomited twice within hours of eating it. Coincidentally this was the second time. She last had the same one a few months ago and got very sick. I know now it was definitely the spaghetti and meatballs.
