Expired Lobster, No Refund - ShopRite, Aberdeen Township New Jersey

They sold “fresh” lobster. Turns out the lobsters were long dead by the time I swiped my card. Unfortunately did not know of this until got back. Went back to the store and employee refused to offer a refund, stating it’s not their “policy” to do so. Not even looking to escalate this nonsense. I just wanted my money back/exchanged. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
