Not even an hour after drinking only a Chobani mango drink this morning I started feeling nauseated for most of my workday. I had to go home early and lay down and now I have diarrhea as well as full-blown nausea and discomfort. I have not yet thrown up but I have often had a strong stomach and maybe I should. I had to force myself to eat leftover baked trout from last night which I considered might be the issue, but no one else in my family has reacted to last nights dinner.Update: I eventually had to throw up. I was up all night with nausea and emergency bathroom visits. I am weak the next day and slowly getting better. I didn’t get more than 2 hours of uninterrupted sleep until 8:30am until afternoon.
