Green Mango Diarrhea Suspected - ShopRite, Monroe New York

I believe it was from eating a mango. Normally mangos are fine for me. But this mango was green, but very ripe. It had a note on it that these mangos are ripe even though they are still green. I got violent diarrhea from it both times I ate it. I’ve heard that some growers are using a chemical to ripen fruits, so I suspect that this may be the case. I am the only one. The symptoms started after about 4 hours. Then I was sick for a few hours. I am feeling a little better today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other
