About 5 hours after eating I suddenly became nauseated and started having stomach pains. A little later I started vomiting violently and had diarrhea. My stomach felt like a volcano. This lasted for several hours and got so bad I thought about calling 911. I know it was the food from The Shrimp Basket because it was the only thing I had eaten that day | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
