Shrimp Casserole Illness Report - Shrimp Shack, Fort Myers Florida

I was informed on a shrimp entree casserole that was left over from lunch at a great reduction in price. I noticed the waitress pushed this on other near my table. The food tasted ok but within an hour after I left I felt nausea and a fever. Within4 hours I had a high fever, diarrea, vomiting, and body chills this is the only thing that I had eaten that dat. The vomiting persisted through Saturday night but the fever and diarrea persisted till Monday evening. I will not eat there again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
