I ate 3 shrimp tacos for lunch at a restaurant in Telchac Puerto, Yuc. After about an hour my stomach felt grumbly. After about 3 hours I got horrible diarrhea and can’t stop vomiting. I also have severe abdominal cramps and can’t even tolerate water | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
