Soggy Burger, Rude Service - Sicily's, Leeds England

Basically we ordered two burgers.
One was a plain burger
The other one was a donna kebab burger.
on the donna kebab burger, they were pink bits throughout it and the bottom of the bun was soggy and wet.
The plain burger was cooked perfectly but it had a weird sticky residue on the bottom bun. It wasn’t to do with steam either because you can clearly see it’s goo. I have pictures on my phone.
