Yesterday I ate Steak Frittes but with mashed potatoes instead for lunch. It came out rare and cooked again to medium rare.

After several hours I began to have cramps and gas.

Couldn’t sleep all night, ran to toilet with farts.

Today I have awful diarrhea and joint pains.
