Me and my husband had dinner at signature restaurant at 6 pm in Mandarin Oriental January 13, 2019. We had a 6 course tasting menu and added a wagyu steak dish. I started to feel sick at around 10 pm. My husband started to be sick around 1am .We both vomited multiple times and had very severe diarrhea during the entire night. Moreover I was shivering and had a fever during the night. We felt very weak and I felt much better today in the morning and my husband started to feel better but still not 100% recovered. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
