Lamb Shoulder Illness - Simon's Restaurant, Cape Town Western Cape

Wife and I had dinner on Monday 14/02/22.
Restaurant had put additional seating outside and around the restaurant but had no Valentines menu, just the normal a-la-carte.
We expected this to stretch the kitchen but the service was surprisingly quick.
We both had lamb shoulder.
We both succumbed to food poisoning within 24 hrs. Stomach cramps, diarrhea, headache.
Symptoms subsided after 48hrs. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache
