I ate a pouch of simple truth organic strawberry applesauce Tuesday , April 10, 2024 between 2:20 p.m. and 2:40 p.m. .Within 30-40 minutes I started feeling fatigued slightly, lightheaded, and had mild stomach pressure. Around 6-8 p.m. I had stomach upset, nausea, and was light headed,with loss of appetite. 8 p.m.-10:30 p.m. Felt instantly hot, achy, very light headed, very nauseous with gagging and trying to vomit. Extreme fatigue. April 11, 2024, Loss of appetite, churning stomach, achy, fatigued, stuffy head, which has subsided somewhat by 5 p.m. . I had a slight headache, for an hour , stomach is still slightly upset, but nausea is almost gone, aches are now minimal. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Fatigue, Lightheaded, Loss of Appetite
