I went with my sister and friend. I had my regular smoothie in the morning. Then around 1 we wen to go eat in the park Food Etc. I got the nachos with beef. Like 4-5 hours later I got chills and the runs. Then when I got home I had a fever. Blood in my stool. And I couldn’t get out of bed. The next day I went to urgent care and they said I had to go to the emergency room. In the emergency room they told me I had Food poisoning, and they gave me Potassium and IV fluids. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloody Stool, Chills
