Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps, Chills Suspected source: Fry Sauce Onset: Less than 4 hours Duration: 24 - hours still continuing but much better after 48hrs Sick: Me It had to of been the fry sauce. I ate tots and fry sauce on Thursday (Sep 5th) evening. It was followed by a stomachache that I acknowledged because that doesn’t typically happen to me. The next morning I was ill. Let’s just say I was on the toilet while holding the trash can simultaneously. I was unable to hold anything down all day yesterday, not even water. Today I’m feeling loads better but still very weak. The tots and fry sauce are the only thing that I consumed that no one else in the house ate and the rest of the house is fine. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Weakness
