I ate spicy noodles with chicken on Wednesday night (5/30/18). I woke up with stomach pain and nearly fainted in my commute to work due to fever and nausea. For 12 hours I experienced diarrhea, severe stomach pain, and nausea. Maintained a fever as well. Finally was able to vomit at 11pm the next night at which time it was clear I could not digest any food. It is currently Friday (6/1/18) and I am bed ridden, continuing to experience diarrhea, stomach pain, and nausea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
