- comments: observed 35 small rodent droppings throughout premise, behind wooden classroom furntiture in classrooms located on north wall as well along premieters of window of facility, rear storage closet on shelving units and scattered on floors and surrounding sticky traps, in childrens toilet room on floor by toilet bowls. Recommended to contact pest control for service prior to reinspection, remove all droppings, clean and sanitze. Must eliminate rodent activity on premise. Priority foundation violation. #7-38-020 (a). Citation issued.

54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed outside receptacle space with trash and food debris on ground in said enclosure. Insructed to remove in order to prevent pest harborage. Must maintain refuse area.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed grey wallbase detached in some classrooms as well as mended with clear tape. Instructed to reattach properly and maintain.
