I purchased some coleslaw which is made specifically for Smart and Final. I ordered from InstaCart delivery but unfortunately it is rancid and not edible. The mayonnaise which was used is so acidic that it caused me to cough like crazy that I ended up needing my rescue inhaler. I immediately notified the store in Seaside and they said they would pull all the product off the shelves. I have terrible heartburn and nausea now after tasting this awful coleslaw. | Symptoms: Nausea, Cough, Heartburn
