Symptoms: Diarrhea Nausea Vomiting

I think I started feeling very nauseous at 12pm. Then at 12:30 and 12:45 I was violently sick. Then at 1pm I had diarrhoea and again a minute ago, when I was sick aswell. It happened About an hour ago, The only thing I’ve eaten today is a smoothie but I used half a banana which had been in my fridge

E. coli are bacteria found in the environment, foods and intestines of people and animals. Although most strains of E. coli are harmless, others can make you sick. Some kinds of E. coli can cause diarrhea, while others cause urinary tract infections, respiratory illness and pneumonia, and other illnesses including bloody diarrhea.
