Smoothie Reaction: ER Visit - Smoothie King, Charlottesville Virginia

I have some stomach issues and haven't been able to eat much the past couple weeks. When this happens, I often turn to protein smoothies to get the nutrients I need. Two days ago, I tried Smoothie King for the first time, and I got a greek yogurt strawberry blueberry smoothie. Yesterday, I began my day with sharp pains shooting through my stomach and diarrhea. When I got home from school, I was feeling nauseous and the pain had gotten worse. I had diarrhea four more times and was crying from the pain when my parents took me to the ER. On the way there, I got very sick and started throwing up. The doctor gave me an IV and something for pain and nausea. The smoothie and some greek yogurt covered pretzels (also from here) were the only thing different that I had eaten, and after seeing all these reports, I'm convinced that this is the cause of my food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
