Had the chicken tenders from this location, felt sick 8 hours later with uncontrollable vomiting. Spent the early morning in the ER. Also had a fever and bloody diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Bloody Stool

Ate a meatball sub with tomatoes, lettuce, parm cheese, spinach, provolone and sweet peppers. This was Sun evening 2/16. Then all of Monday 2/17 I experienced constant vomiting from morning to evening.
