Ate a tuna sub for lunch at 12pm. Nausea/headache started 3-4 hours later. Diarrhea started around 5pm. Fever and vomiting started around 9pm.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Headache

I bought the prime rib meal at 5pm Thursday October 9th and ate only half of the meat. I didn’t eat anything else this morning or since and I have severe pain and diarrhea with nausea at 2:30am  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Had the chicken tenders from this location, felt sick 8 hours later with uncontrollable vomiting. Spent the early morning in the ER. Also had a fever and bloody diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Bloody Stool

Ate a meatball sub with tomatoes, lettuce, parm cheese, spinach, provolone and sweet peppers. This was Sun evening 2/16. Then all of Monday 2/17 I experienced constant vomiting from morning to evening. I also had aches, chills, and watery diarrhea later in the evening.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
