Got a chocolate gladiator smoothie with extra bananas yesterday at 10am. By 1 i was on the toilet for 15 min! Then back on the toilet for another 20 min trying not to throw up while I had diarrhea! I had to leave work and when I got home I had to go again! I didn't eat anything that day, just the smoothie! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
