Pineapple Smoothie Illness - Smoothie King, Silver Spring Maryland

On Wednesday, January 29, 2020, I purchased a pineapple spinach smoothie meal replacement smoothie. The following morning approximately 4:30 am, I had my first bout of diarrhea and another about a half-hour after that. I got up at 5 am to take a shower and get my day started. While in the shower, I felt a strong urge to vomit but it wouldn't' come up as if something was blocking it. I bent over and whatever was brewing projected out of my mouth. That was only one end. I also blew a diarrhea projectile load right at the same time in the shower. For two days after I still have intermittent bouts of diarrhea and stomach gurgles.
