I got a spinach pineapple smoothie at about noon, only thing I had to eat this day. I started to feel diarrhea coming on at around 6 so I left work early. I threw up at 9 and then was bedridden for a week throwing up and diarrhea. Had to go to quick care for anti diarrhea and nausea meds because I couldn’t keep anything down for a week straight. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea
