outdated pepperoni i made pepperoni pizza two nights ago and after i took a few bites i was laying in bed wnd the cramps hit me so intensely that it took my breath away then i was violently ill i spent the whole night throwing up and never slept at all so when i woke up yesterday morning i got my dad to bring me to the hospital and i waited there for a bit then they sent me home but im still having miserable cramps and nausea but no vomiting | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
