Severe Gastro Symptoms Hotel - All Inclusive, Sal

After 3 days in the hotel I started with severe stomach cramps and a very severe diarrhea that I had never had before. I have only eaten at the hotel's Spices restaurant and once at the Aqua (also at the hotel). I have a fever and cramps and I don't retain any fluids (my stools are already completely liquid and transparent). I am convinced that this is something I picked up at the hotel, since I didn't go out at all. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps
