Gastroenteritis After Resort Stay - All Inclusive, Sal

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Additional information: I was there for 2 weeks. Luckily it began the day I was flying home. Started with feeling generally unwell and chills. Progressed over time to 4 days later. Head aches, severe chills, stomach cramps, tender tummy, diarrhoea, dizziness, can hardly walk just keeps getting worse not better. Been docs and they have confirmed iv got gastroenteritis. I got it abroad at sal dunas we didn't eat anywhere else or drink anywhere else | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dizziness
