Report that my symptoms have worsened and I now have a fever, as well as diarrhea, vomiting and general malaise. I visited the medical center “Medical Services Cape Verde” which is located in my Sol Dunas Meliá hotel. As expected, they tell me that I am like this because of the change in temperature, vacation stress, etc... Nothing is said about the terrible conditions of a buffet at this 5-star hotel. I am not an auditor of the hygiene and food qualities of a hotel, but you don't have to be very intelligent to check with just a visual glance that these foods are undercooked and even sometimes, as in “Grill”, flies land continuously on plates. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Other
