Nurse's Popcorn Chicken Illness - Sonic Drive-In, North Richland Hills Texas

I am a nurse, so I know food poisoning when I see it. Approximately 6 hours after ingesting a small popcorn chicken, I began to have stomach cramping, nausea, and chills. I got a rather intense sunburn today, so I wrote it off as sun poisoning and continued to drink lots of water. About 7 hours after ingesting the food, I ran to the bathroom and began having diarrhea, and thankfully grabbed a bucket and began vomiting. This has been happening every half hour or so for the last four hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Cramps
