Got a grilled chicken on a cabana bun and I chocolate malt with extra chocolate and onion rings on 3 /5/16 around 3:30 p.m. went to bed about 9:30 woke up with a terrible stomach ache rolling cramping 30 minutes later hit the bathroom with diarrhea 10 minutes later puking done Pepto Bismol then comes stomach still not feeling well still having diarrhea haven't pooped much more just nauseous now free to eat anything | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
